How did you make this? It is so great!
Do you need to draw every bit of action of the character in order to create an animation? Or just a few main pose and then link them up?

I drew every bit of action (or frame) and had photoshop turn it into a Gif (animating it)
This is how I do it of course so it's one way. I know some people use flash and other animation programs.

Pretty much a rough version. I normally do my roughs in pencil though, but it's pretty much classified as a rough version.
